GOT Corporation Strengthens Agency Channel with
Acquisition of Messagia: Messagia Becomes GOT's
Specialized Project Delivery Group

SAN JOSE, CALIFORNIA--(CCNMatthews - March 29, 2005) - GOT
Corporation™ today announced it has acquired Messagia, a digital
marketing and consulting company with customers including leading
agencies like Draft and Cossette Group. This acquisition enables GOT to
broaden its highly successful Partner Program with a dedicated focus on
the agency channel. By combining GOT's technology with Messagia's
expertise in delivering cutting edge marketing programs to marketing
agencies the acquisition will enable GOT to deliver industry-leading
solutions to this specialized market.

services. Under terms of the agreement Messagia will manage the
production and delivery of sophisticated digital marketing programs to

Beardsley and Grey Worldwide.
