Government Accountability Office Report Finds Deepening Segregation at Public Schools

HURRICANE, UT--(Marketwired - Jun 17, 2016) - A report released in May 2016 by the nonpartisan Government Accountability Office says segregation in public K - 12 schools is worsening, as racial and socioeconomically isolated public schools are more likely to offer fewer math, science, and college preparatory classes and have more occurrences of repeated grades, suspensions, and expulsions among students.
