BC Coroners Service confirms identity of deceased male

KELOWNA - The BC Coroners Service has confirmed the identity of a male who died while in custody at the Kamloops Regional Correctional Centre on Nov. 10, 2014.

He is Dylan Levi Judd, aged 20, originally from Ontario.

Staff at the correctional centre found Mr. Judd unresponsive in his cell

while performing morning checks on Nov. 10, 2014. He was pronounced deceased at the scene.

The BC Coroners Service continues to investigate this death.

The family of Mr. Judd has been notified of his death. On behalf of family members, the BC Coroners Service asks that the media respect their privacy at this difficult time.
