The Honourable Denis Lebel, Minister of Infrastructure, Communities and Intergovernmental Affairs and Minister of the Economic Development Agency of Canada for the Regions of Quebec, welcomes the inauguration of the Waterville community centre's renovated facilities. • The purpose of the LII, a temporary initiative specific to CED, was to stimulate local investment while ensuring citizens' access to safer and more functional community halls that are better suited to their needs.
