BRANDON, MANITOBA--(Marketwire - Feb. 4, 2011) - Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism Minister Jason Kenney today announced support for the Lieutenant Governor's Winter Festival taking place throughout Brandon, Manitoba.
