VICTORIA – Early bird registration begins today for the 63rd annual national conference for the Institute of Public Administration of Canada, an event Citizens' Services Minister Mary McNeil and IPAC Victoria are proud to welcome to Victoria, Aug. 28-31, 2011.

"This conference is a terrific learning opportunity for public service employees and will be a great benefit to the province and the City of Victoria," said McNeil. This event is expected to attract over 600 participants from across the country and internationally.
