Government of Canada and University of Calgary to make major announcement

Details on transformative energy research initiatives to be outlined

CALGARY, AB--(Marketwired - September 01, 2016) - On Tuesday, September 6, the Honourable Kent Hehr, (Minister of Veterans Affairs and Associate Minister of National Defence), and Elizabeth Cannon, President and Vice-Chancellor of the University of Calgary, will officially expand upon details regarding transformative energy research initiatives announced by the Federal Government. This special event will be held in the lobby of the Energy Environment Experiential Learning (EEEL) building at the University of Calgary.
