Government of Canada supports expansion efforts of Groupe P.N.F. Inc.

SAINT-LÉONARD-D'ASTON, QUEBEC--(Marketwired - Oct. 13, 2016) - Businesses need adequate resources for creating and commercializing their innovative products. Acting on behalf of the Honourable Navdeep Bains, Minister of Innovation, Science and Economic Development and Minister responsible for CED, Parliamentary Secretary Greg Fergus today announced that Groupe P.N.F. Inc. has been granted $400,000 in financial assistance to bolster its productivity and manufacturing capacity through the acquisition of new equipment.

This repayable contribution, awarded through CED's Quebec Economic Development Program (QEDP), will enable the company to expand its existing plant, review its production flow and purchase and install new equipment in order to automate certain of its manufacturing operations and introduce a new product line.

Founded in 1995, Groupe P.N.F specializes in the design and production of washable air filters for manufacturers of ventilation systems, kitchen range hoods, heating systems, dehumidifiers, air conditioners, air purifiers and street sweepers.
