Grab Networks Announces Extended Suite of Hosted Video Solutions

Worldwide Leader in Video Production, Management and Distribution Provides New Capabilities Through a SaaS Model

LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwire - April 21, 2009) - NAB Show -- As an extension to its award winning enterprise software solutions, Grab Networks is announcing an enhanced suite of hosted services to support its customers in the production, management and syndication of video. These new services will strengthen the company's ability to serve its installed customer base of over 700 of the world's leading media companies by creating more opportunities for them to maximize the value of their video content. The flexibility of the SaaS delivery model will also make these industry-leading solutions available and affordable to an entirely new customer base with pricing that best suits their needs. In addition, all Grab hosted services uniquely allow media companies to leverage Grab Networks' own distribution network of 70,000 web sites.

The new products to be rolled out during the next several weeks reinforce Grab Networks leadership in the syndicated video economy. They will be available bundled or separate, and include:

    of Anystream Agility's 2G software used by the largest media companies in
    the world.
    
--  Automated ingestion and clipping services that accelerate web
    distribution of broadcast content and field submitted content, with
    streamlined workflows.
    
--  Indexing capabilities that extract metadata from video and generate
    keywords to maximize content discoverability and advertising value.
    
--  Video management and publishing tools (including players and
    supporting technologies), that enable content owners to control where, how,
    and under what business terms video can be streamed on their own sites,
    partner sites, and across the web.
