On May 20, 2007, runners and spectators embark on a weekend full of athleticism, musical events, food and fun! Television's Victoria Recaño leads the pack as Grand Marshall. ING Bay to Breakers festivities begin Friday, May 18, with the two-day ING Greater Body Expo at Bill Graham Civic Auditorium. On race day, Sunday, May 20, at 8 am at the intersection of Howard and Main Streets, runners enjoy live bands along the course and finish on the Great Highway at Ocean Beach.

Afterward ING Footstock Festival features alt-rock favorite Cracker, an awards ceremony and food at Golden Gate Park's Polo Fields -- free admission. Southwest Airlines sponsors its costume contest.

Also new -- ING Run for Something Better, a program challenging children to train for a 4-kilometer event culminating on May 17.

Back by popular demand -- battle of the sexes! ING Battle to Breakers pits the best women runners against the best men runners. Winner gets $25,000. ING Hayes Street Summit Award of $5,000 is given to first male and first female to "crest the peak" of the Hill.
