GRAF Canada Seeks to Develop Profile With Appointment of Claude Lemieux as Chairman of the Board

Well-known industry executive John Pagotto also joins the team

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - May 17, 2011) - GRAF Canada Ltd., leading manufacturer of premium hockey skates, hockey equipment and professional figure skates, is pleased to announce the appointment of Claude Lemieux and John Pagotto, two well-known and respected names in the hockey industry.

A four-time Stanley Cup winner with the Montreal Canadiens, the New Jersey Devils (2) and the Colorado Avalanche, Lemieux joins GRAF Canada as chairman of the board of directors to help develop the company's profile. He brings a lifetime of involvement with hockey to this position, through his experiences as a player, coach and mentor.

Pagotto, a 30-year veteran in the hockey industry, will take on the role of executive vice president, sales and marketing. He brings with him a wealth of experience, having worked with a number of NHL players throughout his extensive career. He will provide leadership and coordination of GRAF Canada's sales, distribution and marketing functions and strategies.
