LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwired - Sep 23, 2013) - Grand Capital Ventures, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: GRCV) announced today that the Binding Letter of Intent with TomCat Films LLC has been canceled effective today. By mutual consent of the management teams of both companies, it has been determined that at this time both companies are better served by this decision.
