Grand Entertainment & Music, Inc. Announces New York Showcase & National DVD Release

MONTREAL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- January 30, 2007 -- Grand Entertainment & Music, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: GMSC) is pleased to announce the release of a special edition, underground rap documentary featuring Big Lou.

Ice Cold Digital has officially released the latest installment of their award-winning DVD series. The series highlights the hottest up-and-coming rap acts today and features performances, behind-the-scenes footage, and biographical information. The newest volume includes an in-depth look at Lost City artist Big Lou, with interviews and footage of several of his live performances. In addition, Big Lou is featured on the cover of the DVD, which will be sold worldwide via online distributors and all major music retail outlets.

The official release party for the DVD was held last Wednesday at Don Hills in New York City. Don Hills was filled to capacity as the 6 featured rappers performed for record executives, music critics, magazine editors, other local artists, and loyal hip-hop fans. Big Lou used the sold-out showcase to tape a live performance for an upcoming music video.

"It is estimated that over 20 million copies of rap DVDs are viewed annually," stated Frank Urban, Big Lou's manager. "That is potentially 20 million people worldwide who will see Big Lou on the cover of this DVD as the featured artist; and more importantly, that's 20 million people worldwide who will see and hear Big Lou's lyrical talent. The series connects the real world with the underground hip-hop scene. There is a lot of competition amongst artists to be featured in the series. From an artist's perspective, if you're not featured in underground music DVDs, you're irrelevant in the underground scene."
