MONTREAL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- February 21, 2007 -- Grand Entertainment & Music, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: GMSC) is pleased to announce that Big Lou is scheduled for eight performances and twenty-one media interviews during February and March.

The Big Lou media explosion continues as the rising rap star keeps on selling out shows, and impressing music industry leaders. He is scheduled to perform at various New York clubs and lounges, and is set to give over 20 media interviews in the coming months. Lou's biggest show this month is the Urban Music Explosion at Son's of Brazil on February 25, 2007, in New York. The show is being arranged by Urban Threshold. Urban Threshold is one of the top names in the urban lifestyle market. Sixteen acts will be performing and competing in the show. First prize is an automatic nomination for "Best Live Performance" at the 5th Annual Underground Music Awards (August 2007). The winner also gets a meeting with A & R of Island/Def Jam Records for deal consideration. Several record labels and producers will be on the premises for this show.
