Grand Lux Inc. Discloses Two Possible Marina Locations in St. Vincent and the Grenadines

ORLANDO, FL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- April 4, 2005 -- Grand Lux Inc. (OTC: GRDX) today announced that it is looking at two possible locations in St. Vincent and the Grenadines (SVG) for development. Emerald Bay Development Corporation, located in Kingstown, SVG, has located and brought these locations to the company's attention.

Kitchen Peninsula and Jolly Bay are locations suitable for development and are currently being studied by the company for feasibility. Kitchen Peninsula is located on the main island of SVG and is currently home to an existing marina. Grand Lux believes that it may be possible to redevelop the existing marina to accommodate a greater number and size of yachts. Jolly Bay lies forty miles from St. Vincent on Union Island. Union Island is a small picturesque island considered the hub of the southern Grenadines. Yachtsman and visitors heading to the smaller Grenadine islands have made Union Island a popular stop.
