"Grand Ma Ma" Signs Distribution Deal

Former NBA and UNLV Star, Larry Johnson, Launches New Beverage Lines Nationwide; Will Star in Upcoming Commercial; Hall of Fame Beverages and Biagio Cru and Estate Wines Ink Deal for Marketing and Distribution

LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwire - January 12, 2011) - Hall of Fame Beverages, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: HFBG) -- Former NBA and UNLV star, Larry Johnson, has launched a new line of beverages nationwide.

The first in the line, called "Grand Ma Ma's Sweet Southern Tea" is currently available in select areas, while "Atomic Dogg Super Soda" will soon be launched nationwide.

Inspired by the sweet tea from his childhood in Texas and from the famous character created in his series of commercials for Converse, Johnson's "Grand Ma Ma's Sweet Southern Tea" comes in sweetened natural flavors reminiscent of the cool refreshment from hot summer afternoons sitting on the porch at his grandmother's home. Both regular and sugar free are available.

"Atomic Dogg Super Soda" is an enhanced carbonated soda and comes in strawberry lemonade flavor

Both beverages will be supported by a nationwide media and publicity tour featuring Mr. Johnson and a Grand Ma Ma's commercial with the former NBA star will be ready in early 2011.

"These new beverages are a slam dunk for those looking for a refreshing southern
style tea or a thirst-quenching and flavorful soda," said Larry Johnson, who starred for the New York Knicks and Charlotte Hornets of the NBA, and the UNLV basketball team. "This is an exciting new endeavor for me and I'm looking forward to spreading the word across the U.S. as we expand our distribution."

"As a former NBA star and recognizable name inside and outside the basketball
world, Larry Johnson is a great ambassador for these beverages and will be a marketing machine," said Steve Hendricks, CEO of Hall of Fame
Beverages, Inc.

Production of the two beverages is based in Tampa, Florida. The beverages are being marketed and distributed by Hall of Fame Beverages, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: HFBG), who recently entered into an agreement with Biagio Cru and Estate Wines, of Roslyn Heights, Long Island.

"We will be putting forth our best effort to have these beverages picked up throughout the nation within our significant distribution network," said Vincent Restivo of Biagio Cru.  "These beverages have both star power and quality taste behind them and that's a winning combination."

"We are committed to the success of these beverages and we look forward to an exciting future with Larry Johnson as our partner," said Calvin Ross, president of Hall of Fame Beverages, Inc.

Distribution of the beverages in New York State will be spearheaded by Elimira Distributing Company, an industry leader in the state since 1904. The company regularly works with retailers like Wegmans, 7-Eleven and other convenience stores, as well on campuses of colleges and universities across the state.

"We are excited to be working with Hall of Fame Beverages on these and other product lines and making Larry Johnson's beverages a great success from the Canadian border to Westchester County," said Toby Lagonegro, owner of Elmira Distributing Company.

Larry Johnson had a spectacular basketball career and now in partnership with Hall of Fame Beverages, he is launching what promises to be a successful future in the beverage industry. Hall of Fame Beverages intends to market these beverages from coast to coast utilizing a diverse array of strategies, from online and viral, to special events and traditional media outlets.
