Grand Power Expands Operations in Shanghai, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Jiangmen and Los Angeles

CALGARY, ALBERTA and HONG KONG, CHINA--(CCNMatthews - April 23, 2007) - Grand Power Logistics Group Inc. ("Grand Power")(TSX VENTURE:GPW) is pleased to provide an update on the Company's progress in implementing its growth strategy.

The proceeds of over $3,000,000 from the recent financings have allowed Grand Power and its subsidiaries to further expand their operations in Shanghai, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Jiangmen and Los Angeles. During the first quarter of 2007, Grand Power invested over CDN$1,000,000 in these strategic locations. A substantial portion of these funds were used for working capital to support markets and expansion in these key cities.

As part of its expansion plan, Grand Power has also increased the numbers of sales and support staff in Shenzhen, Guangzhou and Jiangmen, to a total of 24 employees at these three centres, including new employees at the managerial level. In addition, the Company now has three customer service employees in its Los Angeles office to further develop its trans-Pacific business.

The Jiangmen office opened in February has made great progress in building the Company's ocean freight business. In March alone, the Jiangmen office processed shipments of over fifty 40-ft containers to Europe.

Grand Power has also increased its investment in its logistics system, to better service the Company's growing number of direct accounts. In addition to other enhancements, this new computer system will allow the company to provide more accurate cargo tracking for its direct customers. During the second quarter of 2007, this new technology will be integrated with the Company's operations in Los Angeles, Guangzhou, Shanghai, and Hong Kong.

Mr. Ricky Chiu, President and CEO of Grand Power Logistics Group, stated "We are building a noticeable presence in the Pearl River Delta Region and other areas of China. We have been selectively adding resources to those cities that present the most lucrative opportunities for growth, and we are definitely seeing results". Chiu adds, "We will continue to focus on acquiring more direct clients in order to increase our margins, and we will continue to expand our services in sea freight, both regional and international, now that we have developed a presence in some of the port cities. Our efforts to expand on North American business have successfully resulted in Grand Power being awarded a direct client contract for over 60 tons per month with a large Shanghai based manufacturer of consumer electronics shipping to North America."
