Grand Power Logistics Secures Two Key Clients

CALGARY, ALBERTA and HONG KONG, PEOPLES REPUBLIC OF CHINA--(CCNMatthews
- March 23, 2005) - Grand Power Logistics Group Inc. (TSX VENTURE:GPW)
(Grand Power) announces that its wholly owned subsidiary, Grand Power
Express International Ltd. (Grand Power Express) in Hong Kong has been
selected by two new clients as the agent to provide air-freight and
cargo shipping services. The management anticipates that the services
for these two new clients will add in excess of CDN$12 million to the
Company's annual revenues.

One of these two clients is a memory board manufacturer based in
Guangdong, PRC (People's Republic of China) with manufacturing
facilities in both the PRC and Hong Kong. It is expected that this
manufacturer would ship approximately 50 tons of cargo per week to
Europe. Management anticipates this would increase Grand Power's
revenues by approximately CDN$8.0 million annually.

In the second instance, Grand Power has been selected by a key agent in
Hong Kong to manage and co-ordinate shipments of various products to
Europe amounting to approximately 100 tons of cargo per month. It is
expected that the services to this client would increase Grand Power's
revenues by approximately CDN$4.4 Million annually.

"Grand Power was chosen over other companies based on its proven ability
to manage the movement of time sensitive cargo shipments. We are very
excited to have these two new clients." Says Ricky Chiu, President of
Grand Power.

In the first nine months of 2004, Grand Power Express reported revenues
of approximately $HK105 million (approx. $CDN16 million) compared to
$HK65 million ($CDN10 million) in the same period of 2003.
