Granite Creek Cancels Consulting Agreement


VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - March 25, 2014) - Granite Creek Gold Ltd. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:GCX) reports that due to difficult market conditions both the Company and Douglas McKay and Associates ("DMA") have agreed to cancel the Consulting Agreement entered into on August 30, 2013 (see August 30,2013 press release). The cancelling of the Agreement is effective January 1, 2014. The Agreement was for DMA to provide general marketing services to the Company in order to raise the Company's profile.
