Granite State Telephone Selects Procera Networks' PacketLogic for Both CALEA Compliance and Traffic Management

PacketLogic's Traffic Management Functionality Helps Granite State Telephone Continue to Improve Customer Satisfaction and Support

LOS GATOS, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- March 29, 2007 -- Procera® Networks, Inc. (OTCBB: PRNW), a pioneering developer of intelligent network traffic and service management infrastructure equipment, today announced that Granite State Telephone, an independent phone company providing local, long distance, and high-speed Internet services to southern New Hampshire communities, has selected Procera's PacketLogic after an extensive evaluation of multiple different competitive traffic management solutions. The decision to select Procera Networks was also influenced after Granite State's consultants approved the PacketLogic's ability to meet the requirements for the Communication Assistance for Law Enforcement Act (CALEA).

"We were ecstatic to find a company that solved a pressing business issue for Granite State Telephone, a technical assistance solution for meeting the mid-May deadline to have a CALEA solution in place," said Richard Wood, Director-Network Operations at Granite State Telephone. "A separate goal was to find a traffic management solution for our high-speed data network; Procera was able to address both issues. After extensive evaluations and discussions with multiple CALEA and traffic management vendors, Procera's PacketLogic was without exception, the clear winner."

"Granite State Telephone is another instance of a new customer who has chosen PacketLogic after extensive head-to-head evaluation and testing of PacketLogic's capabilities against Procera's primary competition in both traffic management and CALEA," said Gary J. Johnson, Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Procera Networks. "Our unique ability to deliver a cost-effective CALEA solution coupled with advanced traffic management is generating significant interest in the US as broadband service providers weigh the cost of stand-alone CALEA compliance. We are very pleased to learn that Granite State Telephone is another domestic customer who has achieved additional ROI by reducing the number of costly customer on-site service calls by using PacketLogic. As our deployments and sales traction gain momentum worldwide, our customers continue to confirm that PacketLogic has positively impacted their business on a multitude of different fronts."
