With more than 15 years of experience, Grant has significant expertise developing rich, interactive marketing strategies that have helped Fortune 500 clients throughout North America extend their employer brand, cultivate new audiences and create meaningful connections with job candidates. Prior to joining TMP, he held positions with TransAlta, Suncor Energy, Forzani Group, Diversified Staffing and Robert Half Finance & Accounting. In these roles, he has helped clients implement new recruitment tactics and technologies, including applicant tracking systems, to improve hiring and provide an exceptional candidate experience.
