Graphic Media, Inc., iSIGN Media's Master Distributor, Announces Significant United States Expansion

BLUFFTON, INDIANA--(Marketwired - Nov. 13, 2013) - Graphic Media, Inc., the Master Distributor of the Americas for the iSIGN products, location-based proximity to mobile marketing solutions, is pleased to announce a significant expansion in growth for its two subsidiaries - GMI Mobile Media and the National Mobile Network. "We are very excited about the growth," said Ron Leman, CEO of Graphic Media, Inc. "We believe the market is ready for the iSIGN Solutions and our newly signed distribution partners will help us get the iSIGN products to the markets quickly."

GMI Mobile Media is the enterprise distribution arm for Graphic Media, Inc. established earlier this year to bring legs to the distribution of the iSIGN Solutions. They have wasted little time in securing partners in four key markets - Southern California, Texas, St. Paul, Minnesota, and Georgia.

Joining forces with GMI Mobile Media is DigiColor, a leading digital signage and media solutions company headquartered in Orange County, California that offers expertise in brand strategy, content design and management of the industry's top digital display systems. DigiColor is looking to enhance its market prominence by integrating the iSIGN Solutions to its comprehensive service and hardware offerings throughout southern California. "The iSIGN Smart Antenna enables us to offer a complete solution to attracting and connecting with customers in the retail space. While digital signage and interactive kiosks are ideal solutions for our retail and restaurant customers, neither have the ability to attract and draw in a potential consumer like the iSIGN SMART ANTENNA does," said Peter Hellar, DigiColor CEO. "By combining the iSIGN Smart Antenna and the new iSIGN SMART PLAYER with our digital signage and kiosk solutions, we are giving our customers a powerful advantage over their competition."

GK Connect, a company comprised of veteran marketers, has secured the partner rights to the states of Texas and Oklahoma. Looking forward to bringing the cutting edge technology to that market, GK Connect will commission additional resellers in their market and will capitalize on their connections to large brands and big box retailers, colleges and universities, and throughout the highly concentrated C-Store channel. "We are excited to partner with iSIGN and Graphic Media to bring the best proximity communication/advertising technology to our region. The solutions iSIGN offer businesses will revolutionize how they connect with their customers within their communities. We look forward to a 'connected' future with iSIGN and Graphic Media."

Sunshine Digital, a digital marketing company situated in Atlanta, will bring the iSIGN products to the state of Georgia, and had been interested in the iSIGN technology since learning about it a few months ago. PoliMobile, a mobile marketing consulting company has partnered to bring iSIGN Solutions to the Twin Cities market. Graphic Media, Inc. is planning to continue to grow through the acquisition of new market partners, and is currently in negotiations with a number of additional partner prospects in new markets in the United States.

The National Mobile Network is an advertiser-supported network that partners with independent convenience stores, providing them cutting-edge mobile marketing opportunities. In exchange for installing the iSIGN Smart Antenna in their store, the convenience store owner utilizes the iSIGN Smart Antenna to engage customers via their mobile device - even while at the pump, helping to turn fuel customers to in-store customers.

The National Mobile Network is currently comprised of approximately 200 convenience stores throughout the Midwest, with an advertising reach to over 2 million possible mobile device impressions per month. "We have accomplished a lot in the last 6 months, laying the groundwork and building the initial phase of the National Mobile Network. And we have seen tremendous results," says Leman. "We are proud to announce that National Oil & Gas, who has been the focus of this initial phase, has been pleased with their results and are therefore adding approximately 50 new stores to the network, representing a 25% increase in network size." This growth is in addition to Graphic Media, Inc.'s recent addition, Johnson Petroleum and their family of stores, and the projection of several new C-Store companies which are currently in the discussion stage.

Graphic Media, Inc. has aggressive plans to grow the National Mobile Network in the Midwest, as well as expand to the Southeast states, Texas and the Pacific Northwest. Target projections are to reach 700 stores in those markets by end of Q1 2014. With the explosive growth plans of the National Mobile Network and the continued addition of new market partners, Graphic Media, Inc. projects the iSIGN Smart Antenna will be placed in over 3,000 stores by year end 2014 - presenting almost 30 million possible mobile device advertising impressions per month.

Fueling Graphic Media, Inc.'s optimism and growth is a number of factors. "Number one," says Leman, "the value of the iSIGN technology is proving itself with the high response rates and opt-ins we see. Plus the data obtained via the iSIGN Data Exchange that is integrated with each iSIGN product provides evidence and quantifiable insights to enable smarter business decisions for marketers. And finally, it is the quality of the products. The iSIGN products and software are absolutely solid."
