Graystone Park Enterprises, Inc. Subsidiary Prepares to Introduce the Independent Travel Consultant Network

ORLANDO, FL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- August 11, 2005 --IC Places, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Graystone Park Enterprises Inc. (OTC: GPKE), announced today that it has decided which firm will be hired to write the programming for its Independent Travel Consultant (ITC) program. The ITC program will allow individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit the ability to own their own home-based travel business for a small one-time fee of $500.00. The ITC program is web-based and will give the ITC full access to the heartbeat of a city...covering everything from Restaurant Reservations to best place to hold a Wedding. The program is a self-paced environment built to allow success for both full-time and part-time consultants. The program is scheduled to be launched later this year.

Most online travel sites exist as one big web site, that is everything to everybody. These companies have huge phone rooms staffed by people on the other side of the globe. For example, when a client calls these companies they speak to operators that have no personal knowledge of what is the best restaurant to eat at this Friday night in Los Angeles or what is the most romantic weekend retreat in Miami.

The missing link crosses path with the desperate housewife.

The new ITC program will offer opportunity by creating a group of Independent Travel Consultants. Each ITC works from his or her home with all their tools web-based. Combining these all-inclusive tools with personal knowledge of their city the ITC can offer an outstanding service for the client. ITCs will work as many or as few hours a week as they wish. They will not have to create or pay for any marketing. All calls they take will be incoming calls. Best of all they don't have to go out and bug their entire family to buy stuff from them in order to make money. ITCs will receive a commission based on their bookings. Most importantly, Each ITC only deals with people interested in the city they live in.

Register to become an ITC:

IC Places will allow only a limited amount of Independent Travel Consultants in each city it covers. Anyone interested in adding their name to the pre-registration list can do so by visiting www.icOrlando.com and clicking on ITC Pre-Registration. All ITC offices will be on a 1st come - 1st served basis. Pre-Registering guarantees you an ITC slot in the city in which you live.
