Great Wall Builders (GWBU) Accepted by DEKRA in Europe

Recognition by DEKRA Validates Effectiveness of Start FEED Unit

BOLOGNA, ITALY--(Marketwire - June 11, 2012) - Great Wall Builders (OTCBB:GWBU) (or "the Company"), operating as "Start Technologies Europe I.G." ("Start Technologies"), is the exclusive manufacture of a patent-pending fuel-conditioning technology that reduces fuel consumption and polluting emissions, while increasing vehicle mileage and engine horsepower.

The Company is pleased to report it has been certified for its ability to reduce tailpipe emissions by DEKRA Automotive, one of the two major vehicle certification providers in Europe (the other being The TÜV Rheinland Group).

Based in Germany, DEKRA operates in 27 European countries via 166 subsidiaries and associated companies and completes over 22.5 million vehicle tests annually throughout Europe.

Vehicle emissions are classified by the "Euro Standards" for the vehicles that they affect. There are five different categories; ranging from Euro 1 to Euro 5, each representing increasingly strict standards for emissions.

DEKRA concluded that fitting a vehicle with a Start FEED unit typically improves tailpipe emissions by 2 classes under the Euro standard ranking system, moving a Euro 3 rated vehicle up to the highest category, Euro 5.

The Company is currently submitting the results to the various Ministries of Transport throughout Europe. Trucks and buses are required to be certified annually, while cars are normally required to be recertified every two years, although new cars get a four year exemption.

"This is an important milestone for the Company." states Mr. Daniele Brazzi, President and CEO of Start Technologies, "For a typical heavy truck or bus, installing the Start Fuel Efficiency and Emission Device can significantly increase the effective lifespan of a vehicle, and can save thousands of Euros compared to other approaches to reducing emissions. The DEKRA results greatly add to our industry credibility regarding the effectiveness of the Start FEED technology. We look forward to updating our partners and shareholders on the response from the Ministries of Transport throughout Europe."
