Quotes

"I am pleased that our Government is helping promote greater access to our cultural heritage by giving Canadians outside large cities a chance to see a major exhibit from a Quebec museum."

-Shelly Glover, Minister of Canadian Heritage and Official Languages

"Our Government is pleased to give residents and visitors in the Chaudière-Appalaches region a chance to discover the priceless artistic heritage of a great painter like Marc-Aurèle Fortin. The richness of his work has helped forge our collective identity and continues to inspire many Canadians today."

-The Honourable Christian Paradis, Minister of International Development, Minister for La Francophonie, and member of Parliament (Mégantic-L'Érable)

"The Musée minéralogique et minier is proud of our partnership with Canadian Heritage, and grateful for its support for our public programming.
