Greater Hudson Bank, N.A. Declares a Special Dividend of Five Cents per Share


MIDDLETOWN, NY--(Marketwired - October 17, 2014) - Kenneth J. Torsoe, chairman of the board of directors of Greater Hudson Bank, N.A. (the "Bank") (OTCQX: GHDS), announced that on October 15, 2014, the board of directors of the Bank for the third consecutive year declared a special cash dividend payable to holders of the Bank's common stock of five cents ($0.05) per share. The dividend will be paid on December 23, 2014 to stockholders of record on December 10, 2014.
