LINDEN, MI--(Marketwire - January 21, 2010) - Green Bridge Technologies International, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: GRBT) is pleased to announce that the Company's wholly owned subsidiary Ecologix has entered into an agreement with Paramount Financial Services to offer its customer financing and leasing arrangements for its GPS product line.

Paramount Financial will be offering a number of financial alternatives for the purchase equipment that typically ranges from $5,000 to $35,000 depending on the size of the fleet and the features included. Initial sales are projected to be in the retro-fit market for fleets of buses and trucks. Sales include GPS hardware and software to enable total fleet management.

"By having a well established, experienced finance company that we can refer customers to, we can assist them in acquiring the hardware they need to begin saving money immediately and working their fleet more efficiently. Leasing the equipment has many advantages, but the most important is that it can preserve cash and spread the cost of ownership over a number of years," stated Leonard Baxter, CEO and President of Green Bridge Technologies International, Inc.
