Green Energy Enterprises, Inc.'s Acquisition of BEO-ITS Set to Close in April 2016

JACKSONVILLE, FL--(Marketwired - Mar 23, 2016) - Green Energy Enterprises, Inc. fka Quasar Aerospace Industries, Inc. (OTC PINK: GYOG) ("GYOG" or "the Corporation") today announced that the Corporation will close on its most recent LOI with BEO-ITS, Inc. in April of 2016. Green Energy Enterprises, Inc. had begun their due diligence immediately after the execution of the Letter of Intent previously announced on March 15, 2016.

Under the terms of the agreement, Green Energy Enterprises, Inc. will acquire 51% of BEO-ITS, Inc. in exchange of 17 million shares of restricted common stock of Green Energy Enterprises, Inc. In addition, Green Energy Enterprises, Inc. will facilitate financing which will be used for the final development, production and distribution of the new medical device for self obtained vaginal specimen MSN2 (modified sanitary napkin).

BEO-ITS Inc. estimates gross revenues of approximately $60 million during the first three years from the sales of the new medical device for self obtained vaginal specimen MSN2 (modified sanitary napkin), including lab testing. The above-mentioned projected revenue is strictly related to the diagnosis of Chlamydia and does not include additional testing for other Sexually-Transmitted Diseases (STDs), of which the Total STD Market is a Multi Billion dollar market. This would considerably increase gross revenues. During the next three-year period, BEO-ITS Inc. anticipates to sell approximately 650,000 new medical devices for self obtained vaginal specimen MSN2 (modified sanitary napkin), targeting the Chlamydia market. The same medical device can be used for the additional laboratory testing of other major STDs such as; HIV/AIDS, gonorrhea, human papillomavirus (HPV), genital herpes, syphilis and lymphogranuloma venereum (LGV), which is usually a one visit test for most females.
