Green EnviroTech Holdings Corp. Engages AME Holdings Group, LLC to Assist in Securing $8 to $12 Million in Financing


NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - Apr 13, 2011) - Green EnviroTech Holdings Corp. (www.greenenvirotech.com) (OTCBB: GETH) and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Green EnviroTech Corp., a waste plastics recovery, separation, cleaning, and recycling company, announced today an agreement with AME Holdings Group, LLC of New York to assist in securing $8 million to $12 million in financing for the Company.

Green EnviroTech intends to use the proceeds for working capital for the Company's planned Riverbank California plant development and in support of the recently acquired multi-million dollar operation in Hong Kong, Magic Bright Limited. Magic Bright is a waste plastics trading company that purchases and sells waste plastics globally and has a factory and warehousing in China. Based on the latest unaudited financial results for Magic Bright, Magic Bright reported over $16 million in profitable revenue through the first nine months of 2010. In Riverbank, California, Green EnviroTech anticipates operations to commence in the third quarter of this year. Green EnviroTech plans to process waste plastic from the agriculture industry, converting the waste plastic to crude oil using a patented and licensed technology that has been in production for over three years.
