Green Globe International, Inc. Issues July 2008 Newsletter Featuring Agreements With New Strategic Partners

Associations With PA Consulting Group, MCI and Wallace Partners Expected to Target New Market Opportunities for Green Globe Initiatives

MURRIETA, CA--(Marketwire - July 17, 2008) - Green Globe International, Inc. (OTCBB: GGLB), which owns the Green Globe brand, the premier international green brand focused on sustainability and carbon neutrality programs, today released the July 2008 edition of its investor newsletter, which features the company's recent strategic partnership agreements with PA Consulting Group, MCI and Wallace Partners for collaboration on Green Globe sustainability projects.

The July 2008 newsletter has been added to the Green Globe International website at http://www.greenglobeint.com/articles/1, and a notice of the newsletter's release has been distributed to subscribers of the company's website-based mailing list.

The newsletter reviews Green Globe International's recent memorandum of understanding (MOU) with PA Consulting Group, a leading global management consultancy company, under which the two companies plan to cooperate together on several areas related to the delivery of sustainability programs under the Green Globe banner. These programs include Green Globe International's Sustainability and Carbon Neutrality Plans for the Caribbean region.

In addition to the agreement with PA Consulting Group, the newsletter also includes an article on Green Globe International's strategic alliance agreement with MCI, a global communications and event management company. The two companies will provide sustainability consultancy services to meeting facilities and destinations that are compelled to improve the environmental and financial performance of their operations through the integration of sustainable business principles.

A recent strategic advisory services agreement with Wallace Partners, LLC, which provides strategic sustainability guidance to corporations and non-governmental organizations (NGOs), is highlighted in the July newsletter.

In his newsletter greeting to shareholders, Steven R. Peacock, chief executive officer and managing director of Green Globe International, Inc., wrote, "As I look back on what has been accomplished in the past month, I am pleased to say that we have had an incredibly productive period. The achievements highlighted in this newsletter reflect the initial implementation of our comprehensive plan to further develop the businesses related to the Green Globe brand."

He continued, "As a result of this strategic planning and roll-out strategy, we have executed an agreement with PA Consulting to help us close in on signing the first Caribbean client under our Sustainability and Carbon Neutrality Plan. We have signed with MCI to utilize their position as a world leading event manager to identify conventions centers and the surrounding hotels for our Client Services Package, which includes Benchmarking and Certification through our partner, EC3 Global. Just this week, we announced an agreement with Wallace Partners as our first major step into the U.S. sustainability marketplace.

"While I would like to address our next steps, there are just too many opportunities in front of us to specify in this venue. Rest assured, there will much more news to come, and shareholders should look for each of our strategic alliances mentioned in this issue to produce tangible results, including contracts that produce revenues for Green Globe International," Mr. Peacock added.

The World Travel and Tourism Council (WTTC) established Green Globe in 1992 as a response to the United Nations Rio de Janeiro Earth Summit, where 182 Heads of State endorsed the Agenda 21 principles of Sustainable Development. Green Globe is the only international sustainability program based on Agenda 21 principles.
