VANCOUVER, BC--(Marketwired - Sep 17, 2013) - Green Hygienics Holdings Inc. (OTCQB: GRYN) is pleased to announce the addition of Claudio Fontenelle Angelim, Renata Mourão and Wilmar Pereira to the Company.

Claudio Fontenelle Angelim, Advisory Board Member and Corporate Counsel in Brazil - Born and raised in Fortaleza, Ceara, Claudio graduated with both Business Administration and Law degrees from the University of Fortaleza (UNIFOR). He has very effectively used both degrees to successfully own and operate companies in the retail, agricultural products and a major beverage distribution company. Currently he is Senior Partner in his law firm specializing in civil, corporate and immigration law. Claudio's combination of legal and business operations experience will be critical for the smooth market entry and establishment of Green Hygienics in the Brazilian cleantech market.

Renata Mourao, Advisory Board Member and Legal Counsel for Business Operations in Brazil - Born and raised in Ceara state, Renata is equally accomplished as a lawyer and business owner. Renata practiced public law at both the municipal and state levels. In advancing her law career, Renata partnered with another lawyer to open their private law practice and focussing on business and commercial law. She successfully owned and operating a large beverage distribution company (over 75 employees) with her husband, for the last six years. Renata's management skills in sales, finance and logistics were the foundation and catalyst for a corporate turnaround for this company, bringing it to profitability in only 2 years. Their hard work and dedication resulted in the recent sale of their company with an excellent profit. A specialized skill set to help guide our Company in business development and government relations in Ceara state.

Wilmar Pereira, Advisory Board Member and VP of Marketing Brazil Wind Service - Born and educated in Brazil, Wilmar obtained his Business Administration degree from the Universidade Federal da Bahia. His twenty years of senior management experience in the hospitality industry allowed Wilmar to develop the strategic planning, customer service and marketing skills which have been applied in the micro wind generation business.
