Green Plains Renewable Energy's Iowa Ethanol Plant Expected to Be Online Next Week, an Industrial Info News Alert

SUGAR LAND, TX--(Marketwire - June 24, 2008) - Researched by Industrial Info Resources (Sugar Land, Texas) -- Green Plains Renewable Energy (NASDAQ:GPRE) (Omaha, Nebraska) is expecting to put their Superior, Iowa ethanol plant online June 30th. The plant is already fully staffed, is receiving grain and is in the process of commissioning equipment and testing processing systems. Construction started on the estimated $120 million plant in August of 2006. Once online, the plant will have the capacity of producing 55 million gallons of ethanol per year from 20 million bushels of locally grown corn.
