Green Planet Announces Entry Into U.S. Public Market

(OTCBB: GPLB) ("Green Planet" or the "Company") a leading bioengineering enterprise dedicated to create high quality chemical intermediates and innovative downstream health products using green processes is pleased to announces its entry into the US public market on the OTCBB.

Green Planet is a high-tech company dedicated to improving health through the research & development, manufacture and commercialization of a broad range of bio-ecological products which include raw chemical intermediates such as Solanesol and its derivative raw CoQ10, fertilizers & pesticides, various plant extracts; and over-the-counter health supplements.
