(OTC Pink: GNPG) announced today that it has significantly expanded its management team, adding three experienced professionals to help guide the Company's growth and fulfill its mission as an emerging world leader in green technology. All three have extensive experience in managing public companies with a strong focus in the automotive aftermarket.
James Schoenberger will become the Company's vice president of sales and marketing as well as manage its media activities. Jim has 30 years of experience in marketing planning, communications and media management as an advertising agency president and corporate vice president of marketing for major automotive aftermarket retail chains. He has developed successful sales and marketing programs and Clio Award winning ad campaigns for a broad range of retail and consumer goods clients. Schoenberger stated, "With our team in place, I believe that we will help revenues grow threefold within the next year while improving operating efficiencies."
Thomas Spaur will become the Company's financial controller as well as being responsible for its ongoing efforts to return to its status as an SEC reporting company. Tom has over 25 years of accounting experience in both public and private companies and earned his CPA designation in 1991. In addition, he has many years of experience in start-ups, mergers and acquisitions, financial software oversight, risk management and human resources.
Don Watson will become the Company's manager of operations and will be responsible for its daily operations. Don has over 25 years of operational, administrative and financial experience and served as the chief administrative officer of a $2.0 billion public company. In addition, Don has many years of experience in integrating newly acquired companies into a cohesive operation therefore building successful, profitable corporations.
