Green Star Engages Investor Relation Firm

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Feb. 7, 2013) - China Green Star Agricultural Corporation (TSX VENTURE:GRE) ("Green Star") is pleased to announce that it has engaged Investor Cubed Inc. ("Investor Cubed") to provide investor relations and shareholder communications services effective January 31, 2013. Investor Cubed will assist with the creation, coordination and implementation of Green Star's investor relation plan with respect to producing and distributing effective marketing communication tools, and increasing investor awareness while introducing Green Star to private investors, analysts, brokers, money managers, newsletter writers and other financial professionals. The agreement with Investor Cubed is subject to TSX Venture Exchange ("TSXV") approval.

In connection with the engagement, Investor Cubed has been awarded a consulting contract paying $5,000 per month for a term of twelve months. The contract includes a standard provision for early termination. In addition, Investor Cubed has been granted options to purchase 160,000 shares of Green Star at a price of eighty cents ($0.80) per share. The options will vest quarterly over a period of one year and will be governed by the provisions of Green Star's stock option plan and policies of the TSXV.

None of Investor Cubed or its owners has any interest, directly or indirectly, in Green Star or its securities, or any right or intent to acquire such an interest, other than the above stock option grants.
