New Shareholder Enhances Firm's National White Collar Practice Capabilities

In his nearly 15 years of experience litigating cases against the federal government, Jeff has defended cases involving alleged violations of criminal and civil antitrust laws, securities laws, the Civil False Claims Act, the Antikickback Statute and various federal whistleblower statutes. His clients include companies in a wide range of industries including defense, finance, healthcare, pharmaceutical, real estate and software.

Some of Jeff's recent matters include representing one of the nation's largest healthcare providers in a complex qui tam complaint alleging over $250 million of false Medicare claims, one of the nation's largest credit card issuers in a complex whistleblower proceeding filed under the Sarbanes-Oxley whistleblower provisions, and the former CEO of in an on-going complex criminal securities fraud case.
