Greenberg Traurig Shareholder Norman J. Benford Teaches College Course on Estate Planning

MIAMI, FL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- March 26, 2007 --Norman J. Benford, a shareholder in the Miami office of Greenberg Traurig, LLP and head of the firm's national trusts and estates practice, recently taught a course in the LLM Program in Estate Planning at the University of Miami School of Law on the subject of international estate planning.

A graduate of Yale University (B.A.) and Yale Law School (LL.B.), Mr. Benford -- who is Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law by the Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization and Education -- focuses his practice on counseling high-net-worth individuals and families on estate planning, tax issues, non-tax family matters and business succession. He also represents individuals and institutions serving as fiduciaries of estates, trusts and guardianships in connection with family disputes and disputes with the Internal Revenue Service.

Mr. Benford is a member of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (having served as a Regent and member of the Exclusive Committee of the College and President of ACTEC Foundation) and is also a member of the Advisory Committee of the Philip E. Heckerling Institute on Estate Planning and the International Academy of Estate and Trust Law.
