TAMPA, FL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- April 13, 2007 --The international law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP continues to expand its Tampa office with the addition of a group of well-respected attorneys headed by Peter W. Zinober and Richard C. McCrea, Jr., who will join the firm's national Labor & Employment Practice Group on May 1, 2007.

"Pete, Rich, and their team bring a wealth of experience and are privileged to represent some wonderful clients. Weinstein, managing shareholder of Greenberg Traurig's Tampa office.

With the addition of these attorneys, Greenberg Traurig's Tampa office has grown to nearly 20 attorneys since its founding 8 months ago in August of 2006. "I know that Pete, Rich, and the other members of their Labor & Employment group will make significant contributions to our clients, our firm, and our community. It is a privilege to announce their arrival."

Greenberg Traurig's Labor and Employment Practice is comprised of more than 90 attorneys located throughout the U.S. and Europe. Our team provides an array of workplace strategies and legal counsel, including practical and efficient consulting, technical assistance, and litigation services. This is a thriving business community, so it makes sense to have a top-notch Labor & Employment group based in Tampa Bay to serve local, regional, and national clients.

Matt Gorson, Greenberg Traurig's national operating shareholder, said that adding the Zinober and McCrea team is consistent with the firm's model for successful growth. "This is a good fit for us," he said. "When we add a new team such as GT Tampa's Labor & Employment group, we do so because the lawyers complement both the office and the firm. In fact, the vast majority of the firm's growth comes from having highly talented lawyers like Pete Zinober and Rich McCrea join Greenberg Traurig."
