Greenfield Program's (CCTR) China Crescent Q1 Results Boost Potential to Achieve $200M 2010 Joint Revenue Goal With (NVAE) Nova Energy and (NUBL) NuMobile


DALLAS, TX--(Marketwire - May 25, 2010) -  Nova Energy, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: NVAE) (OTCQB: NVAE) and NuMobile, Inc. (OTCBB: NUBL) are participating in a trade mission and Greenfield Partners CEO conference in Shanghai this week hosted by China Crescent Enterprises, Inc. (OTCBB: CCTR). In March of this year, a $200 million combined revenue goal between all participant companies was announced for 2010 to potentially be realized through project collaboration in China. Yesterday, China Crescent reported nearly $15 million in first quarter revenue, a more than 100% increase over the same period in 2009. Additionally, China Crescent realized a substantial increase in net income for the first quarter, from $112k in 2009 to $657k in 2010. China Crescent is a systems integration service provider of brand name technologies and reported $45 million in profitable annual revenue in 2009.

The CEO conference this week is expected to concentrate on developing a channel to provide brand name Chinese-based technologies in East Africa. China Crescent is a Huawei and Lenovo reseller and has plans to expand its regional reseller footprint into East Africa through its partnerships with Nova and NuMobile. Nova and NuMobile already have a presence in the East Africa region.
