NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwired - Nov 23, 2015) - Greenhouse Software, the leading recruiting platform, today announced the acquisition of San Francisco-based Parklet, a cloud-based employee onboarding and experience software company. Acknowledged as industry leaders and innovators in recruiting and onboarding, Greenhouse and Parklet develop the people tools that enable customers to build great companies.

Earlier in 2015, Greenhouse announced its product integration with Parklet. The linkage between the recruiting and onboarding workflows was well received, and more than 20 high-growth companies have embraced the combined solution. Joint customers include Pinterest, SendGrid and Sony Entertainment.

Founded in 2012 by Dane Hurtubise and Andrew Hubbs, Parklet's investors include Storm Ventures and Greylock Partners. Similar to Greenhouse, Parklet also took top honors at DEMO, the tech conference that consistently recognizes category innovators.
Hubbs and Hurtubise will join Greenhouse as Director of Product Management and Vice President of New Initiatives, respectively. They will oversee the continued collaboration between the development teams.

Both companies are privately held. Terms of the agreement are not available.
