"As Greenhouse continues to grow by every measure, we sought to add accomplished leaders who can accelerate our success, build out new capabilities for us and represent a diverse range of backgrounds," said Daniel Chait, CEO of Greenhouse. "I am thrilled to welcome Sarah-Beth, Chad, Erik, Andy and Rob to the team; their combined expertise will be instrumental in maintaining our current growth and bringing our solutions to more employers looking to fundamentally improve how they hire."

Sarah-Beth Anders, Director of Product Marketing
With nearly a decade of public relations, brand development and content marketing expertise, Sarah-Beth Anders is committed to helping companies create and lead in new categories. As Greenhouse's director of Product Marketing she leads product marketing efforts, analyst relations, and, recognizing the value of unbiased third-party data, educates buyers and guides their purchasing decisions.

Chad Dyar, Director of Sales Operations
How does a former classically trained opera singer become a sales leader at an innovative software company? For Chad Dyar, director of Sales Operations for Greenhouse, the two activities are very similar; he finds building the framework of an operational sales engine to be much like building a strong vocal technique, requiring a great deal of creativity and discipline. Drawing on his creative side has helped him achieve success in the business realm, finding new ways to make better decisions, while iterating on a process until perfection is achieved. He uses this insight to design a seamless operational infrastructure to support Greenhouse's continued sales growth.

Erik Fabian, Director of Brand & Buzz
As director of Brand & Buzz at Greenhouse, Erik Fabian is responsible for evolving the brand, developing creative strategies and promoting the company's role in providing the platform businesses need to tell the story of their team and culture, while learning the stories of their candidates. An accomplished branding, marketing and public relations professional, Fabian has a background in performing arts, providing him with greater insight into how people collaborate, innovate and communicate and shaping his leadership strategies. His experience in the arts has helped him enhance his skills in public speaking, brainstorming and working with many different kinds of people.

Andy Lister, Director of Mobile
As director of Mobile for Greenhouse, Andy Lister leads Greenhouse's efforts to build its mobile applications. Lister is eager to bring mobile into the recruitment process, using his experience working in a lab setting and leading mobile teams to create effective mobile strategies. A highly accomplished innovator and inventor in mobile technology, Lister enjoys finding opportunities to bring mobile solutions to new audiences. Under his direction, Greenhouse is currently developing the capabilities to allow hiring managers and recruiters greater flexibility in how they perform recruiting tasks.

Rob Schatzel, Director of Sales
Leveraging more than 15 years of sales and business development expertise, including more than a decade as a hiring manager, Rob Schatzel fully understands the challenges business face in finding great people. After becoming a Greenhouse client at a previous employer, Schatzel immediately recognized how far from optimal its hiring process was, and how Greenhouse made the recruiting process great. As someone who has always been attracted to creating new markets, in his role as director of Sales, he is instrumental in driving adoption of Greenhouse's solutions and showing how the company can profoundly change the course of their business. Schatzel leads his Sales team with the philosophy that great leaders work hard to provide their salespeople with the resources to help them improve, train them in using those resources and measuring to make sure they improve.
