Greenhouse Partners With LinkedIn Recruiter to Deliver Improved Recruiting Insights and Efficiencies

Integration Streamlines Sourcing and Enhances Productivity to Improve Time-to-Hire

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwired - Sep 1, 2015) - Greenhouse Software, the leading recruiting optimization platform, today shared details of its new partnership with LinkedIn Recruiter. This integration is designed to streamline sourcing and candidate management to improve companies' hiring processes.

Through a seamless integration, Greenhouse customers can now view candidate data on LinkedIn Recruiter in real-time directly within a candidate profile as well as access Greenhouse candidate information from within LinkedIn Recruiter. As a result of this new partnership, information on LinkedIn's more than 350 million members can be viewed seamlessly in Greenhouse to further optimize the recruiting and talent acquisition workflows.

"Our partnership with LinkedIn, the world's largest professional network, gives Greenhouse customers easier access to this considerable network of candidates and allows them to find and engage qualified candidates much more quickly," said Daniel Chait, CEO of Greenhouse. "Speed is critical in recruiting; finding ways to increase time-to-hire can mean the difference between landing top talent and missing out. We are thrilled to enhance our customers' recruiting processes through this integration."

Greenhouse customers with existing LinkedIn Recruiter accounts will benefit from the real-time visibility and efficiencies enabled through this new integration. Key features of this integration include the ability to:

  • Match existing candidates in Greenhouse with their LinkedIn profiles to enable a more complete view of the candidate automatically.
  • View LinkedIn profiles within Greenhouse via a new LinkedIn tab on a candidate's profile page.
  • View Notes and InMails on the Activity Feed of a candidate's profile page to keep recruiting teams in sync.
  • Send InMails and save people to LinkedIn projects directly from within Greenhouse, to prevent time-consuming toggling between the two systems.

From within LinkedIn Recruiter, recruiters can view a candidate's Greenhouse details as well. In addition, when a candidate responds to an InMail sent via LinkedIn Recruiter and opts to share contact information, the candidate is automatically designated as a Prospect within Greenhouse, creating a more streamlined prospecting workflow.

Lee Womer, director of Business Development at LinkedIn, added, "We're looking forward to helping LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse customers drive new insights and greater efficiency into their recruiting processes."
