Greenlight RTA Design Studio and Adapters for Use With SAP® BusinessObjects™ GRC Solutions Are Now SAP-Endorsed Business Solutions

Integrated, Scalable, Real-Time Solutions From Greenlight and SAP Allow Customers to Monitor Compliance and Risks Proactively, and Lower TCO

ORLANDO, FL--(Marketwire - March 17, 2010) -  Greenlight Technologies, a leading provider of governance, risk and compliance (GRC) cross-platform technology solutions, announced today that its Greenlight Real Time Adapters (RTAs) and RTA Design Studio, both designed for use with SAP® BusinessObjects™ GRC solutions, are now SAP-endorsed business solutions. Greenlight's endorsed solutions together with SAP BusinessObjects GRC solutions deliver GRC solutions to manage business-process risks and issues proactively across a complex system landscape using one common process. As a result, customers can leverage their existing systems and data, thus benefiting from the highest value at the lowest TCO. In addition, prevention capabilities to eliminate or highlight issues can be initiated in multiple systems more easily using the endorsed solutions.

Solutions endorsed by SAP AG are complementary to SAP software offerings, are developed in accordance with SAP development guidelines, and provide additional choices and flexibility for businesses running SAP applications. As part of the agreement between Greenlight and SAP, both companies will share technology and product roadmaps, helping customers meet the challenges of automating access and financial controls across heterogeneous landscapes.

This endorsement builds on Greenlight's already successful OEM business relationship with SAP. The integration of Greenlight RTAs and RTA Design Studio with SAP BusinessObjects GRC solutions enables customers to expand the scope, value and interoperability of SAP BusinessObjects GRC applications within a multi-platform environment in real time. Greenlight solutions provide an integrated framework to achieve compliance and mitigate risk across the extended enterprise by working together with SAP BusinessObjects GRC solutions to seamlessly connect with other systems (i.e., the same query used for SAP solutions can be used across other systems as well), which drives a lower TCO to extend the solution to non-SAP systems.

Greenlight RTAs for Oracle, Peoplesoft and JD Edwards, already embedded as part of the SAP BusinessObjects Access Control and SAP BusinessObjects Process Control applications, were previously only available for the current versions of these platforms. With the new endorsed solutions, customers can now access adapters for multiple versions of these and other platforms and also build their own.

Greenlight Technologies solutions in support of the SAP BusinessObjects GRC platform also include a comprehensive library of over 25 RTAs for various business applications, including Hyperion, Siebel, Lawson, Baan, Ariba, Epicor and other business applications. Greenlight's RTA Design Studio, a patent-pending application, empowers businesses and systems integrators to build custom RTAs connecting SAP BusinessObjects GRC solutions to various third-party, custom and legacy systems.

"SAP is committed to teaming with partners like Greenlight to deliver GRC solutions that span customers' heterogeneous environments," said Narina Sippy, senior vice president and general manager, SAP BusinessObjects Governance, Risk and Compliance Solutions, SAP. "Our customers have benefited from this approach, whereby they can leverage SAP GRC solutions for use with their legacy ERP applications as well as their home-grown and/or other third-party solutions. Customer can now also benefit from Greenlight's solutions endorsed by SAP. The combination of Greenlight's SAP-endorsed solutions and SAP BusinessObjects GRC solutions will deliver to customers robust and scalable solutions that are real-time and preventative -- all at low TCO."

Greenlight RTAs and RTA Design Studio can be deployed together with SAP BusinessObjects GRC solutions and work in conjunction with SAP BusinessObjects GRC solution components for managing access violations, provisioning, super-user activities as well as monitoring master data and transactional controls across enterprise business applications.

"SAP's endorsement of Greenlight RTAs and RTA Design Studio provides affirmation of our status as a trusted partner and acknowledges our commitment to build complementary solutions for use with SAP BusinessObjects GRC," said Anand Adya, founder and CEO, Greenlight Technologies. "I am delighted to point out that our endorsed solutions will enable real-time risk analysis across the entire enterprise for our customers, leveraging their investments in the SAP BusinessObjects GRC platform, delivering significant return on their investment."
