The construction of Canopy Airport Parking, which services the Denver International Airport, was completed by dcb Construction Company, Inc., a locally owned and operated Colorado builder. Canopy Airport Parking is registered with the certification goal of LEED Certified Gold and one of North America's first Demonstrator Sites of the United States Green Parking Council.

Canopy Airport Parking, which opened in November of 2010, features geothermal heating and cooling, a wind turbine farm, solar panel fields and other advanced environmental technologies, reducing Canopy's energy costs by up to 75% compared to other parking facilities (Propark, June 11, 2012).
