Greenstone Holdings, Inc. Receives a Chemical Order From Bay Tree Technologies

NEW YORK, NY -- (MARKET WIRE) -- March 6, 2007 -- Greenstone Holdings, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: GSHG) announced today that it has received an initial order of 1000 gallons of GreenShield™, the Company's building materials treatment chemical from Bay Tree Technologies USA LLC ("Bay Tree"). Bay Tree is a building material manufacturer in Olathe, KS with offices throughout the country.

Michael Ferrone, Chief Executive Officer of Greenstone, noted that this order is the first received pursuant to the Company's chemical supply agreement with Bay Tree. He also stated that Bay Tree's treatment facility is expected to be in production in approximately one month. Mr. Ferrone stated that this is the third order for GreenShield™ received this month indicating that market acceptance of this project is growing. No financial terms of the order or the chemical supply contract were released.
