Gregg Donley Named Executive Vice President of Strategic Development for Camber Corporation

HUNTSVILLE, AL--(Marketwire - November 29, 2010) - Gregg Donley has been named the Executive Vice President of Strategic Development for Camber Corporation, a premier provider of responsive engineering services and technical support to customers worldwide. Camber's key strategic areas include Information Technology, Homeland Security, Training and Education, Decision Support Systems, Systems Engineering, Modeling and Simulation, and Software Engineering.

Mr. Donley has 20 years of experience in the services and information systems marketplace. Most recently, he was president of the Technical Services business unit of Northrop Grumman Information Technology (IT), a provider of advanced IT solutions, engineering and business services for government and commercial clients. Mr. Donley led over 5,000 people working throughout the United States, Europe and South America. The business areas included base and range operations support, training and simulation, and state and local outsourcing and information technology support services. Mr. Donley guided Technical Services in capturing the Joint Base Operations Support Contract (JBOSC) at the Kennedy Space Center, valued at $2.2 billion.

Mr. Donley has 17 years of experience managing both operational lines and new business development for the Department of Defense (DoD) and Federal agency projects. In an earlier position, as director of Information and Engineering Services for another Northrop Grumman division, Mr. Donley managed six large-scale IT and services contracts for clients such as the State of Texas, NASA, the U.S. Air Force, and other DoD constituents. In that role, he had complete operational authority and responsibility for the projects' budgeting, technical compliance and customer satisfaction. He was also responsible for identifying, qualifying, capturing and negotiating new business in the IT and base operations services areas.

Earlier, as a senior executive staff member at Computer Science Corporation (CSC), Mr. Donley captured new business and worked with internal line organizations to identify and target new business potential for procurements in excess of $100 million. In that position, he also served as capture manager on a project that resulted in an $800 million award to CSC. In a previous position at DynCorp, as director of Business Development, Mr. Donley was responsible for capturing new business for the Test and Evaluation division. He maintained the company's client base, increased its sales backlog by 25 percent and maintained regular interaction with 20 DoD customers.

Mr. Donley is a former member of the board for both Space Gateway Support and the Eagle Alliance. He earned a bachelor's degree in English from West Virginia Wesleyan, a master's degree in Public Administration from West Virginia University and has also completed course work for a business doctorate.
