Gregory Charles Hill Announces Re-Opening of His Whittier DUI Law Practice

Gregory Hill Re-Establishes His Law Practice in Whittier, California; Mr. Hill's Practice Consists of DUI/Criminal Defense and Real Estate Litigation

WHITTIER, CA--(Marketwire - Jul 27, 2012) - After closing his Whittier law practice in 2008, and taking a position as Vice President and Associate Counsel for Fidelity National Title Insurance Company, Mr. Hill has re-established his own law practice once again, opening a new law office in Whittier. He is excited to work on his own once again.

As before, Mr. Hill's practice will consist of Criminal and DUI Defense, as well as Real Estate related Civil Litigation. He handles cases throughout Southern California, including Los Angeles, Orange, Ventura, San Bernardino, Riverside, and San Diego counties.

DUI Defense

As an acknowledged leader in DUI defense, Mr. Hill will continue to provide zealous representation to those accused of DUI. This includes representation in the criminal court as well as representation at the DMV to protect the client's license. The DMV recently reported that on average 80% of DUI arrests result in convictions, overall. In 2010 there were 141,000 DUI arrests in California. It takes effective, aggressive representation to be one of the 28,000 defendants who are not convicted.

CRIMINAL Defense

Mr. Hill represents those accused of both Misdemeanors and Felonies in the State of California. Mr. Hill has successfully defended hundreds of cases including felony grand theft and embezzlement, spousal abuse, battery, assault, drug possession, and firearms relating charges. Through an aggressive motion practice, a passion for trial, and an ability to prepare defendants for sentencing reductions, Mr. Hill has a thorough understanding of the criminal defense arena.

REAL ESTATE Matters

As both an Attorney and a Real Estate Broker, Mr. Hill is in a strong position to provide legal solutions related to all type of Real Estate matters, including:

  • Contractual liability and enforcement
  • Specific Performance
  • Fraud
  • Quiet title, and or cancellation of instruments
  • Easement disputes
  • Escrow issues
  • Mechanic liens
  • Slander of title
  • Unlawful Detainer

Over the last several years, Mr. Hill has encountered dozens of cases where someone had title to their property fraudulently taken from them. Oftentimes, this was at the hand of a friend or relative. Many of the victims were elderly, trusting individuals who ended up losing their life savings. The victim is left without property or funds to find a competent attorney. Mr. Hill is well suited to help the victim recover his property in these situations.
