Gridline Communications Corp. Announces Strategic Alliance With UK-Based eXstream Networks

HOUSTON, TX -- (MARKET WIRE) -- February 14, 2006 -- Gridline Communications Holdings Inc., a fully reporting public corporation, announced today that the company has entered into a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with eXstream Networks of the United Kingdom wherein Gridline will provide content as well as the "last mile" solution to eXstream Network's subscribers. A definitive agreement is expected to be completed by the end of March.

eXstream Networks is a broadband network company with licenses to deploy high speed access to all counties of the UK, including those in rural areas. The company currently has contracts in place with two counties ready for VDSL deployment with a targeted start date of on or about April 1, 2006. eXstream is completing negotiations for several additional projects in the UK. Gridline plans to partner with and supply content to eXstream in its future deployment projects as well.
