Gridstore Names Sam Ibrahim Vice President of North American Sales as Demand Takes Off for Hyperconverged Infrastructure

Microsoft Veteran to Spearhead North American Sales Organization

MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA--(Marketwired - February 24, 2015) - Gridstore™, the leader in hyper-converged all-flash infrastructure for the Microsoft Cloud-Inspired Data Center, announce today that IT industry veteran Sam Ibrahim has joined the company as Vice President of North American Sales. Reporting directly to CEO George Symons, Mr. Ibrahim will be responsible for overseeing the planning, strategy and execution of Gridstore's North American sales and channel initiatives. Mr. Ibrahim will play a key role in leading the company's rapid growth that is underway due to demand of its hyper-converged infrastructure solutions.

Sam Ibrahim brings over 25 years of IT solutions experience to Gridstore. For the past 9 years he has been at Microsoft where he was most recently the New York Area Solution Sales Director, and previously in other sales leadership roles. Prior to Microsoft he held Sales Management roles at IBM and Dell. He also worked at EMC and Compaq as a technical sales leader. Mr. Ibrahim has extensive partner channel background in both senior management and business development capacities at Jade Systems, CTS, and Navisite. Mr. Ibrahim has a bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from PACE University in New York.
