Grill Girl Takes Her "Women's Grilling Clinics" on the Road

MIAMI, FL--(Marketwire - March 16, 2011) - Robyn Medlin, Grill Girl and author of the popular South Florida grilling blog,, is packing up her grilling tools and hitting the open road. After the tremendous success with her women's grilling clinics in South Florida, there has been a demand in states like Tennessee for Robyn to educate women on the joys of grilling.

"I want to show women that grilling isn't just for the boys and that it's a great method for creating healthy, easy and delicious meals without a lot of fat but a lot of flavor," explains Robyn when asked about the inspiration behind her women's grilling clinics. "Not only that, but for busy moms grilling provides a dinner that is quick and easy to clean up and is a delicious way to spend time with the family outdoors."

The women's grilling clinics teach basic grilling techniques. Specifically, how to light a gas and charcoal grill, the difference between direct versus indirect grilling, using a meat thermometer to avoid overcooked meat and most importantly making a "meal on the grill" from start to finish. The clinics are also a creative and fun way for groups of women to take some "me-time" and relax with fantastic food, superb wine and amazing women!
